Gauhati High Court Directs Verification of Contractor's Entitlement Before Payment of Outstanding Dues

The Gauhati High Court has directed the Bodoland Territorial Council authorities to verify whether the contractor completed the works in accordance with the work order and to ascertain the exact amount, if any, to which he is entitled before making any payment of outstanding dues.
