The Delhi High Court has denied bail to Ashu Pal, who stands accused of murdering his wife, chopping her body into pieces, and disposing of the remains in a septic tank. The court dismissed the bail application filed in connection with an FIR registered at Prem Nagar Police Station under Sections 302, 201, and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.
